Chemshun CS60 is one Tetragonal Zirconia Polycristal (TZP) beads, which made from first grade yttria stabilized powder with sintered method. The sizes of internal micro crystals are less than 0.3μm benefit excellent crushing strength and wear resistance, which guarantees cross contamination free to grinded products. It is a top option to deal with the ultra-fine particles in conventional ball mills and modern pearl mills.

The Zirconia Ceramic Grinding beads or balls are good choice for the process of mixing, crushing, dispersing and purifying variable materials. Steel grinding media is also used but it can not be used for manufacturing bright colors, because steel contamination could be a problem for some products. Ceramic Zirconia beads reduce contamination to products and perform as well as steel.

Chemshun Yttrium stabilized zirconia beads/pellets are made of high purity Zirconia raw material with yttrium oxide as stabilizer by special forming process. It has advantages of high strength and toughness, high density, good wear resistant and corrosion resistance, high stiffness, no magnetic conductivity , electrical insulation.
